The Adler Arena is the home court for Penn State Altoona's varsity men's and women's basketball and men's and women's volleyball teams. It features four sections of bleacher seats, which accommodate up to 2,200 spectators. Technology in the arena includes a large high-definition video display board, two scoreboards, and a scorer's table that includes digital paneling.

Additional features that complement the arena are locker rooms for teams and game officials, a concession stand, a ticket office, storage rooms, a platform for live broadcasts of home sporting events, and a walkway above the south end of the court that allows for standing room spectators.

In addition to varsity sports, the arena provides space for various recreational activities and campus programming open to both the college and local community, such as concerts, festivals, and guest speakers. Floor seats for special events adds seating for an additional 300 spectators.

An upgraded floor was installed during the fall of 2019.
