Courtney (Carroll) Stoner – Women's Basketball, 2007-11

Courtney Carroll Stoner led the Penn State Altoona women’s basketball team to four consecutive AMCC Tournament appearances during her career, while being named an AMCC first-team selection in 2010-2011 and a third-team performer on a 20-win team in 2009-2010.

In the all-time record books, Carroll Stoner’s leadership and all-around talent is evident, as she ranks third all-time with 1,191 career points while standing as the all-time leader in steals, games played, and games started. She sits second in career assists and free throws made, fourth in made field goals, assists per game and steals per game, seventh in minutes per game, rebounds, and defensive rebounds, eighth in free throw percentage, and ninth all time in points per game.

As for single-game records, she has a program-high 14 made free throws in a February 11, 2009 game against Frostburg State University. Her perfect performance from the charity stripe that night also represents the most made free throws without a miss. She had another perfect night at the line, making all nine attempts against Goucher College on November 28, 2009. She is tied for a program-record eight steals in a game February 4, 2009 against Pitt-Bradford, as well as dishing out 12 assists, second all-time on January 9, 2011 at Hilbert College.
