The Penn State Altoona softball team will hold an informational meeting for all returning and new players on Tuesday, August 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Adler Athletic Complex Media Room, located on the second floor of Adler.

All student-athletes who are planning to play on the Penn State Altoona NCAA Division III softball team this upcoming 2018-19 season must attend the meeting.

Fall practices/tryouts begin on Tuesday, September 11. There will be four practices per week for a total of four weeks during the fall, ending with an alumni game on Saturday, October 6. The team's fall ball game day will be on Saturday, September 29 at Geneva College, where the squad will play against Geneva, Carlow University, and Carnegie Mellon University.

Please remember: all athletic medical paperwork (including physicals, as well as blood work for the sickle cell test for all first-year players) must be completed before a player can practice/try out. All necessary forms can be obtained on the Athletic Training site, which can be accessed by clicking HERE.
