Women’s Bowling Releases 2018-19 Schedule

ALTOONA, Pa. – The Penn State Altoona women's bowling program announced its 2018-19 schedule on Monday afternoon.

The Lady Lions are currently slated to compete in six events this season, spanning a total of 13 days.

Penn State Altoona will open its season on October 27-28 in the Medaille College Tournament in Buffalo, N.Y. Following that, the team will head to Delaware to take part in the Wilmington University Wildcat Invitational on November 30-December 2. The Lady Lions get the second half of their season underway in Altoona, when they will return to the Saint Francis University Red Flash Invitational on January 25-27.

Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference competition starts on February 2-3 in the first AMCC Round Robin weekend, which will be hosted by Hilbert College in Hamburg, N.Y. The second AMCC Round Robin weekend is scheduled for March 2-3 and will be hosted by New Jersey City University. The season wraps up on March 23, when the AMCC Championship will be held at a to-be-determined location.

Start times for the events have not yet been announced, as well as some locations. Additional dates may also be added to Penn State Altoona's schedule.
