Pitt-Bradford closed the gap to one, 5-4, thanks to Logan McConnell's RBI single in the fourth and Trent Bielak's two-run homer to left in the fifth.
But Penn State Altoona blanked the Panthers the rest of the way while adding to its lead.
In the sixth, Chelli's RBI single to center made it 6-4, and Hlivia added an RBI base hit up the middle in the seventh to increase the Lions' advantage to 7-4.
