Lions Tennis Blanked by Franciscan
ALTOONA, Pa. – Penn State Altoona men's tennis played its last regular season Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference match of the season on Saturday afternoon, losing 9-0 to Franciscan University at the Leopold Tennis Courts at Altoona Area High School.
Franciscan (11-9, 4-0) swept doubles play to take a 3-0 lead, then the Barons won all six singles matches to take all nine points in the match.
Penn State Altoona men's tennis (3-5, 3-2 AMCC) is scheduled to return to action tomorrow, Sunday, April 15 for a road match at non-conference opponent Susquehanna University. Start time for that match is set for 2:00 p.m.
