Saturday Softball Games Moved to Tuesday
ALTOONA, Pa. -- The Penn State Altoona softball team's home doubleheader against Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference opponent Hilbert College, scheduled for this Saturday, April 20, has been rescheduled due to weather.
The forecast on Friday into Saturday is calling for the Altoona area to receive a significant amount of rain. With the expectation of inclement weather, as well as unplayable field conditions, it was decided to postpone Saturday's action and move the doubleheader to Tuesday, April 23. Game one will start at 2:00 p.m.
The doubleheader will still include Senior Day festivities for Penn State Altoona.
