SVC Women's Invitational Postponed
LATROBE, Pa. -- The Saint Vincent College Women's Golf Fall Invitational, scheduled to occur tomorrow, Wednesday, September 26, has been postponed due to wet course conditions at Glengarry Golf Links.
With the wet playing conditions, as well as the expectation of additional rainfall tomorrow, it was deemed that the event would be unplayable. A makeup date for the invitational has not yet been announced.
With tomorrow now postponed, the next scheduled event for the Penn State Altoona women's golfers will be Monday, October 1, when they will compete in the Penn State Behrend Invitational, which also doubles as the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Women's Championships.
