Thursday Home Baseball Doubleheader Moved to Sunday
ALTOONA, Pa. – The Penn State Altoona baseball team's home doubleheader against Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference opponent Pitt-Greensburg, scheduled for Thursday, April 21, has been postponed due to field conditions.
With melting snow saturating the ground at Stewart Athletic Field, along with a forecast that calls for rain for much of the day Thursday, the decision was made to postpone Thursday's AMCC doubleheader. The games have been rescheduled to Sunday, April 24 with a start time of 1:00 p.m., and they will be played at Mount Aloysius College.
