2019-20: Swam her sophomore campaign with the Lady Lions swimming program…earned first team All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference recognition as part of the teams that won first place in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay (1:43.48) and 400 Yard Freestyle Relay (3:49.06) during the conference championships in February…set new Penn State Altoona women’s swimming program records as part of her team’s times in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay and 400 Yard Freestyle Relay…individually during the AMCC Championships, placed eighth in both the 200 Yard Freestyle (2:16.24) and the 100 Yard Breaststroke (1:19.56).

2018-19: Competed as a freshman on the Penn State Altoona women's swimming team...in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championsips, competed in the 'A' finals for the 800 Yard Freestyle Relay, 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, 200 Yard Medley Relay, and 400 Yard Freestyle Relay.

High School: Earned the Northside Leadership Scholarship in 2018...Sons of the American Revolution Outstanding Citizenship Award recipient in 2017...Sarah Heinz House Boys and Girls Club Top 50 member in 2018...Americal Legion Auxiliary Girls State Medail in 2018.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Michele Heil...is enrolled in the Division of Undergraduate Studies...participates in CAB at Penn State Altoona...is an Orientation Leader...member of Penn State Altoona's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
