Four Lions Named to AMCC Spring Sportsmanship Team

NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. – The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference released its Spring All-Sportsmanship team on Thursday afternoon, and it included a Penn State Altoona student-athlete from each of the Lions’ four spring teams.
Intercollegiate Athletics Honors Ceremony Recap

The Penn State Altoona Athletics department hosted the 2022-23 Intercollegiate Athletics Honors Ceremony on Sunday, April 30 in the Adler Arena. The annual event featured an array of awards, recognizing student-athletes for their athletic and academic achievements over the past year. Head coaches from each of Penn State Altoona’s 14 NCAA Division III programs also had the opportunity to speak, providing a brief overview of their 2022-23 seasons while presenting awards to some of their players.
Ebersole Added to Men’s Volleyball All-Conference Team

NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. – Due to the discovery of key errors in the voting process for the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference’s men’s volleyball postseason awards, the league released amended all-conference teams on Wednesday that included the addition of three players from around the conference.

Farabaugh, Kish Voted to All-AMCC Team

NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. – Penn State Altoona sophomore Avery Farabaugh (Ebensburg, PA/Cambria Heights) and junior Jared Kish (Columbus, OH/Hilliard Darby) were both voted to the third team of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference’s men’s volleyball all-conference team, which announced on Tuesday morning.
