
Women’s Bowling Releases 2024-25 Schedule
ALTOONA, Pa. – The Penn State Altoona women's bowling program announced its 2024-25 schedule on Monday afternoon.
The Lions will compete in six events spanning a total of nine days this upcoming season, highlighted by hosting the second Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Round Robin in early February.

Penn State Altoona gets its schedule underway with back-to-back events on the road. The Lions' season opener is Saturday, November 9, when the team will compete in the annual Br. Pat Lacey Memorial Tournament, hosted by Saint Vincent College at Lincoln Lanes in Latrobe. The next day, Sunday, November 10, Penn State Altoona will play in another yearly event, the Unicorn Invitational, hosted by La Roche University.
The Lions open their conference schedule on Saturday, November 16, and Sunday, November 17, in the AMCC Round Robin #1, hosted by William Smith College. After that weekend, the Lions break from intercollegiate competition until the spring semester.
Penn State Altoona returns to action on Saturday, February 1, and Sunday, February 2, in the Bobcat Classic, hosted by Pitt-Greensburg at 814 Lanes & Games in Greensburg.
The Lions will host the second and final AMCC regular season weekend on Saturday, February 8, and Sunday, February 9, welcoming the conference to their home lanes, the F.A. Gerhart Lanes at the Bavarian Aid Society.
Penn State Altoona will close its regular season at home on Saturday, February 15, when the team will hold its senior day match.
If Penn State Altoona qualifies for the AMCC Championships, the playoff tournament is set for March 21-23 at Pines Plaza Lanes in Pittsburgh.
