ALTOONA, Pa. – The Penn State Altoona women's golf team announced its 2024 schedule on Monday afternoon.

The team, which is in its first season as an NCAA team sport at Penn State Altoona, is slated to compete in five rounds during the fall semester and two more in the spring.

Penn State Altoona women's golf starts its 2024 campaign on Thursday, September 26, competing in the Grove City Invitational at Grove City Country Club.

The Lions will hold a pair of events at their home course, Sinking Valley Country Club, in October. On Saturday, October 5, the team will host the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Invitational and Penn State Altoona Fall Invitational, before facing Hood College and Susquehanna University in a tri-match on Saturday, October 12.

Penn State Altoona wraps up its fall semester in The Melee on Sunday, October 20, and Monday, October 21, at Ford's Colony Country Club in Williamsburg, Va.

The Lions are also scheduled to compete in the Pennsylvania Classic on Saturday, March 29, and Sunday, March 30, at the Penn State White Course in State College.
