ALTOONA, Pa. – The Penn State Altoona men's and women's swimming program announced its 2024-25 schedule on Tuesday.

The Lions will compete in 12 meets throughout the fall and winter, including the season-ending Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championships in late February.

Penn State Altoona's men's and women's swim teams start their 2024-25 campaign on the road in October, traveling to face Washington & Jefferson College (Friday, October 11 at 6 p.m.) and Saint Vincent College (Friday, October 25 at 6 p.m.) in dual meets.

The Lions continue on the road in November, going up against McDaniel College (Saturday, November 2 at 11 a.m.) and AMCC opponent Alfred State College (Saturday, November 9 at 1 p.m.) in dual meets before swimming in the Malone University Invitational on Thursday, November 21 through Saturday, November 23.

Penn State Altoona starts the next month with a dual meet at AMCC foe Penn State Behrend (Saturday, December 7 at 1 p.m.) before having its home opener on Friday, December 13 against Lycoming College at 6 p.m.

The Lions return from winter break with a pair of home duals in January, taking on Division II Lock Haven University (Friday, January 17 at 6 p.m.) and Lebanon Valley College (Friday, January 24 at 6 p.m.) before traveling to nearby Juniata College for a tri-meet with Juniata and Elizabethtown College (Saturday, January 25 at 1 p.m.).

Penn State Altoona wraps up its regular season at home on Saturday, February 1, hosting AMCC opponent Pitt-Bradford at 1 p.m. for the Lions' Senior Day meet. After that, the squad prepares for the AMCC Championships, which are set for Wednesday, February 19 through Saturday, February 22.
