BRADFORD, Pa. – The Penn State Altoona women's soccer team picked up its fourth conference victory of the season on Saturday afternoon, when the Lions hit the road to beat Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference opponent Pitt-Bradford 7-0 at the Kessel Athletic Complex.
Senior Mallorie Smith (Bellefonte, PA/Bellefonte) became the Penn State Altoona women's soccer program's all-time goals leader in the win, scoring two goals to pass former Lion Emily Reimold (2008-09) and move into first place on the team's career goals list. Smith now holds the new record with 43 goals scored in her career.
Penn State Altoona (4-8-2, 4-2-1 AMCC) took care of Pitt-Bradford (6-6-3, 1-5-2 AMCC) by getting seven goals from five different players.
